Notification emails failed to send

Earlier this morning, our team identified an issue that caused sending failures for some notification emails. This impacted modules and features that rely on notification messages, such as Gem Scheduling and Gem ATS, and may have manifested as in-product errors when attempting to take certain actions that sends a notification email out.

We have deployed a fix for this issue and have resent most of the failed notifications to ensure receipt of the messages without any further action needed; however, we were unable to resend some messages and these actions will have to be retried manually.
