Delayed processing of Greenhouse updates
Resolved - The backlog of webhooks from Greenhouse has been processed, and future updates will process at the normal pace. This issue is resolved.

Monitoring - We have implemented a fix for this issue. Webhooks are currently being processed correctly, but there is still a backlog of requests from earlier in the day. The backlog is decreasing, and we are continuing to monitor the issue. We will update here when webhook processing for Greenhouse has caught up or if there are other changes.

Identified - Webhook processing from Greenhouse is currently delayed by several hours. We are working on a fix for this issue. Gem users integrated with the Greenhouse ATS will see delays for changes to candidate and job information until this is resolved. At this time, we do not believe any updates have been lost. We will update when we have a fix and when the backlog of webhooks is resolved.
