We have made changes to mitigate this issue and prevent the sending of repeated notification emails. We have also identified the teams impacted by this issue. A member of our Customer Success team will contact you if you are affected to provide next steps.

We are currently aware of an issue impacting some teams that have integrated Gem with SmartRecruiters. Gem Admins are getting notified via email to reconnect Gem with SmartRecruiters, but receive the email again after taking this action. Our Engineering team is investigating this issue and will continue to post updates.
