Gem Scheduling experienced high database load causing degraded performance. Customers may have experienced long load times and slow syncing between ATS and Gem Scheduling, including interviews taking a long time to get scheduled in the ATS.

This issue has since been resolved, and we are continuing to monitor for any changes.
