Affected candidates, applications, scorecards, projects, campaigns, forms, and sequences are now available for all customers. In cases where a new object was created in place of one that was temporary missing, the new object was not overridden.
Customers who have connected Gem with Rippling or Calendly will need to disconnect and reconnect the integration to ensure it continues working. With this we are marking the incident resolved. Gem will conduct a thorough review to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
