Identified - Due to an issue with a scheduled database upgrade, Gem data updated between approximately 1:30pm PT and 9pm PT on December 17, 2025 is currently unavailable in the product. No permanent data loss occurred during that period and we are working on recovering the data. We will continue to share status updates here.
